Do I need to be at home during cleaning?

No, you do not have to be at home during our cleaning work. The majority of our customers are either at work or use this time to relax during a leisure activity. For this reason, we are there to provide you with more leisure time and relaxation in everyday life.

How do you get in my apartment?

If you are not present during cleaning, there are different possibilities. Some customers give us the key after the service call, others put it under the floor mat, some of them pick up the key in the office or the workplace and some are home when we come and leave their home.

What should I consider before a cleaning day?

For an effective cleaning, we would ask you to put away any clothing, dishes and other items before a cleaning date. This allows the cleaning staff to concentrate on the cleaning process and you get a satisfactory result.

Can I trust your employees?

This question is justified and is taken very seriously by us, because you are letting strangers into your home. All RePure Cleaners, which come to you, their are not only employees but also the backbone of our company. Therefore, they are carefully selected and trained to deal with the privacy of our customers.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No. We are a professional cleaning company and as such we are required by law to use exclusively listed cleaning material, including the mandatory safety data sheets. Our employees are trained in this in order to avoid the risks of an accident. The only device you should provide is a vacuum cleaner.

Will I have the same cleaning person each time?

Yes. After your inquiry, a first date will be given, where you will get to know your cleaning person. Then the same person comes back to you, so you always know who is at your home. 

What happens if something is overlooked during a cleaning session?

We would like you to be happy with your home cleaning service in all. For this reason we do everything to live up to your expectations and wishes. If however there should be anything overlooked we would like to ask you to inform us. We will then make sure that this will be taken care of in the future to your liking.
