For a reputable cleaning company, it is not possible to create a fixed price without viewing. The exact cost of your desired cleaning work is fully incurred after an appointment at your site.
We will be happy to provide you with a cost framework for orientation in advance. Simply select the desired service and send us a non-binding inquiry with the information you need. In detail applies to all our services as follows:
• providing cleaning products
• including all insurance
• if possible always the same person in the house
For new customers, the payment is made by one-time SEPA direct debit, in exceptional cases in cash or by bank transfer. Regular customers can pay by bank transfer.
You will receive your invoice within seven days of cleaning by e-mail. The non-cash payment (SEPA direct debit, transfer) has a big advantage: You can claim the cleaning services as "household services" for tax purposes.
Individuals may deduct up to 20%, up to a maximum of € 4,000, in the tax return from the tax debt. Of course, this also applies to the services of RePure Services.
Before cleaning
In the first step you choose on our homepage the suitable cleaning offer.
Our friendly staff will gladly advise you by e-mail (7 days a week) as well as by telephone (Mon to Fri from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm) and try to give you information on all your questions.
Please understand that we can not submit any binding price quotations by e-mail or telephone without prior inspection. The costs for their desired cleaning work are fully incurred on site.
As part of the offer we have created, you will usually receive one or two appointment proposals. If you accept our offer, the chosen date will be confirmed again.
On the day of cleaning
After our RePure Services team arrive punctually, the foreman will go through the entire apartment / house with you. He notes all your wishes, while the rest of the team looks at the apartment / house to get an idea of the tasks. A time estimate will be given to you after consultation of the team
On request, you will be informed by our foreman about the exact completion time one hour before the end of the cleaning.
Upon completion of the cleaning, our foreman will use the checklist filled in to complete a thorough check and completion of the entire cleaning process.
After cleaning
Within seven days of cleaning you will receive your invoice via e-mail. The invoice amount is due immediately after receipt of the invoice, there is no written request for payment / reminder.
If the unexpected case occurs that you are not satisfied with the cleaning work, please notify us in writing within 24 hours after the end of the cleaning:
